Dismissed ang kasong two counts of grave threat over viral recording na isinampa ng magkapatid na Nicko at Atty. Jesus Falcis laban kay Kris Aquino.
Matatandaang kumalat ang recording na binantaan ni Kris ang buhay ni Nicko noong Setyembre 2018, at inamin naman ito ng una dahil sa tindi ng galit niya noon sa mga pinagdaraanan niyang sakit.
Enero 21, 2019 naman nang pormal na isampa ng magkapatid ang kaso.

May petsang Abril 15 ang resolusyon na ipinadala ni Senior Assistant City Prosecutor Rolando Ramirez na inaprubahan naman ni Rossanna Morales Montojo, Senior City Assistant Prosecutor, Chief Division III ng Office of the Prosecutor, Quezon City.
Samantala, nag-post naman si Kris sa kanyang Facebook page tungkol sa pagkaka-dismiss ng kasong grave threat laban sa kanya.
“SUMMARY: Baka sa haba ng sinulat ko nawala ‘yung message, DISMISSED ang kaso nu’ng Falcis brothers against me.
“It’s easy to judge others, I’ve fallen into that trap, too. But it’s HARD to LIVE that person’s life. Ang dami kong nabasa, narinig, at napanood, mga hindi na mabilang na panlalait sa buong pagkatao ko.
“How did I survive? Because I told the truth.”
