ANG dalawang kinatawan ng Miss Earth na sina Miss Fire Philippines 2018 Jean de Jesus at Miss Fire Philippines 2017 Nellza Bautista ang pangunahing bisita sa pagbubukas ng ika-30th branch ng Bioessence sa SM City Pampanga nitong nakaraang Sabado, Marso 29 na ang franchisee ay ang magkapatid na Irene at Angel Garcia.

Ayon kay Ms. Jean de Jesus, nagsimula na ang Miss Earth search para sa nalalapit na kumpetisyon sa Hulyo na ang theme ay Flowers of the World. Sabi naman ni Ms. Nellza, ipagpapatuloy nila ang legacy ng Miss Philippines Earth na pangalagaan ang environment.

Masaya naman ang may-ari ng Bioessence na si Dra. Emma Beleno-Guerrero dahil napagbigyan sila ng dalawang beauty queen sa pagbubukas ng bago nilang branch sa SM Pampanga. Kasama rin sa launvh ang dalawa niyang anak na sila na ring nagma-manage sa negosyo na sina Jeff at Joan.

Aniya, “we are very much honored and of course they represent the effect of the brand Bioessence for beautiful skin.”

Sa loob ng 24 years ay umabot na sa 30 ang branches ang Bioessence na may 15 franchise at 21 naman ang pag-aari ni Dra. Emma na tubong Davao City. Nagsimula lang daw ito sa passion niya bilang dermatologist.

“I’m a people person that’s why I love managing people and if you want the secret of Bioessence (kung bakit nagtagal), you just love your people and make them happy, deliver the quality service and if they deliver quality service then you would have a lot of clients and they would be loyal clients for 24 years or more or forever,” pahayag ni Dra. Emma.

Sa Davao raw nagsimula ang Bioessence na ang forte ay skin care at pinakagustong services nila ay ang facial.

Nabanggit din ni Dra. Emma na abot-kaya ang halaga ng services nila dahil may tinatawag silang basic facial para sa tight ang budget at kapag kaya naman ay inirerekomenda niya ang signature facial oxygen.

“Oxygen gives life to our skin as well as to our body,” saad ng Bioessence owner.

Dagdag pa, “if you want a quality service, it’s a little bit high, the experience kasi is different, specialization is different, total experience is different when you start from the reception down to our treatment is totally different. So the value of all these is a little bit higher than our competitors.

Karamihan daw sa kliyente nila ay mga babae, “we are 95% female clients and we only have men if they bring their wives with us. And our market is basically in their 50’s, 60’s who has really enjoying life na lang and they would be more beautiful na lang as the say they have more wrinkles, pigmentations coming in because of their matured skin. ‘Yun ‘yung aming market.”

Dating may celebrity endorser ang Bioessence pero ngayon ay wala na dahil, “right now we don’t have, we used to have for the last 15 years because we believe that our brand is stronger that we don’t need anymore because after 24 years, whether we have endorser or not, the same rin naman ang effect, so might as well give the money to the poor kasi this is the time to develop our own CSR which is corporate social responsibility so dito kami nagpo-focus ngayon,” pagtatapat ni Dra. Emma.

At ang latest offer ay ang, “facial of puree plasma, it’s a plasma technology which can do wonders on your pigmentation and also do dark underarms and of course the whole whitening regimen in the skin, it’s a whitening skin treatment.”

Ang dalawang anak niyang sina Jeff at Joan na ngayon ang namamahala ng Bioessence, “yes, para naman ang founder ay makapag-rest na and enjoy na lang ang buhay.”

Ang sosyal ng ambiance ng lahat ng branches ng Bioessence dahil naka-costume ang lahat ng staff na ayon kay Dra. Emma ay iyon talaga ang gusto nilang maging look bilang pagtanaw sa sariling kultura bilang mga Mindanawan.

“And since we started Bioessence in Davao, you see the Mindanawan Filipino kasi ‘di ba may campaign nga na ‘yung sariling atin, we want to promote our own culture which is the Mindawan,” katwiran ni Dra. Emma Guerrero.
