KAYA pala maghapong walang Instagram post si Kris Aquino pagdating nila sa Los Angeles, California, USA nitong Biyernes ng tanghali ay dahil natulog silang maghapon ni Bimby.
“Hello everybody, Bimb and I just slept the whole day. Di ako pinayagan ng doctor to go out out today, weather is dry, hot and dusty,” kuwento ni Kris kahapon ng umaga, oras sa Pilipinas. “7:20 (ng gabi) now and super araw pa din.” Habang tulog sina Bimby at Kris ay nag-arcade naman si Kuya Josh, at nakabili ng paborito niyang burger at fries sa In and Out, kilalang burger house sa LA.
Nabanggit ding magkakaroon ng lunch si Kris with the Fil-Am community in LA bukas, Agosto 6.

Samantala, naloka ang Queen of Online World and Social Media sa nasulat ni Vincent Ong sa Preview Magazine na ikinuwento ng isa sa cast members ng Crazy Rich Asians, si Chris Pang as Colin, na 18 assistants ang bitbit ni Kris sa shooting nila.
Base sa panayam kay Chris: “There’s a Filipina in the movie, Kris Aquino, and it’s quite a big deal for us here in the Philippines. Do you mind telling us about her role?
“So the biggest event is Colin’s wedding—my wedding. It’s the whole reason why the whole movie happens, right? So Kris Aquino’s character attends the wedding—I’m not sure how much I’m supposed to say, but she’s in there for sure. I think the people who’ve read the book might know what character she’s playing, but I don’t want to spoil anything for those who haven’t. So I’ll keep it fresh.”
What was your first impression of her, though?
“It was so funny because I was reading all the news when it came out. And everyone in the Philippines was so excited about Kris Aquino being in the film. When I met her, I didn’t know, so I was kind of confused because she came with 18 assistants. I was like, who is this person? [Laughs] I probably thought they were part of the set, like some character had all these helpers and assistants, which kind of made sense. But no, those were her actual [personal assistants]!
“Obviously, I know who she is now. She’s the real crazy rich Asian. All of us were acting and trying to dig deep into this life that we didn’t know, but she was just playing herself.”
Naloka si Kris nang mabasa niya ang panayam na ito ni Chris na ipinadala sa kanya.
“I’m sorry pero NEVER MET HIM (Chris). His scene was shot separately. 2 day kaming nag-shoot,” kuwento ni Kris.
At dahil sa sinasabing 18 assistants ay nag-head count daw ang aktres dahil sobrang exaggerated naman daw ang kuwentong ito.
“So ang kasama (ko), Bincai, Nicko, Jack, Juan Sarte, Jonathan, Nante, Boop and Kimi. But because Singapore, dumaan to say hello ‘yung Ariel P&G team na based in SG, may dalang flowers. Then Nicko’s friends nag-hello and 2 are bosses na taga-Unilever, 1 boss sa General Mills”
Sa madaling salita may walong staff na kasama si Kris at ang 10 ay mga dumalaw sa kanya na inakalang assistants.
Ha, ha, ha, aliw ang kuwentong ito. Actually, kung hindi nga rin namin kilala si Kris Aquino ay iisipin naming ganito nga karami ang entourage niya.
In fairness, bagay talaga kay Kris ang titulong Crazy Rich Asians dahil literal na siyang-siya.
Samantala, nag-post naman si Kris sa IG account niya bandang 1:00 pm sa Pilipinas: “Hello from LA. Hindi pinayagan ni Dr. Piano lumabas because today was very hot & dry, meaning the air would have a lot of allergens present- so I obeyed & just slept then I watched a lot of “The Good Fight” on CBS All Access (I love my law shows & legal thrillers).
