“As of now, we have not monitored any shabu laboratory in Region 1 and other regions of the country. We already dismantled all the shabu labs but we have to be very vigilant because illegal drug traffickers will make other means to continue their illegal activities,” sinabi ni Dela Rosa sa 116th Police Service Anniversary sa kampo nitong Huwebes.
“Their routes to supply through Customs have been stopped and they are now again looking ways to use the high seas for their illegal activities. They will go back to their old system of dropping their products to the sea. They will install GPS and then it will be collected by their contacts along the shorelines,” sabi ni Dela Rosa.
