Natapos nang tumestigo ang dating Special Disbursing Officer (SDO) ng Office of the Vice President (OVP) na si Gina Acosta sa ika-17 na araw ng Senate impeachment trial noong Lunes, Agosto 24, 2026. 

Dahil dito, opisyal nang nanumpa sa witness stand and kasunod na testigong si Lemuel Ortonio na kasalukuyang Assistant Secretary at Assistant Chief of Staff ng OVP nitong Martes, Agosto 25. 

Sumalang din para sa panig ng prosecution panel ang abogadong si Atty. Mae Divinagracia upang isailalim si Ortonio sa direct examination.

Nakatala rin sa profile ni Divinagracia sa CNCD Law na kapuwa siya nagtapos ng kolehiyo at nakakuha ng law degree sa Ateneo De Manila University (AdMU). 

“While in law school, she actively participated in international moot court competitions and garnered several awards in the process,” saad nila. 

Sinimulan ni Divinagracia ang kaniyang law career noong 2007 sa Angara Abello Concepcion Regala and Cruz Law Offices (ACCRALAW) at itinalagang senior associate noong 2012. 

Habang noong 2013, isa si Divinagracia sa nagtayo ng Aguila Rances and Divinagracia Law Offices (RADLAW) kung saan doon niya umano hinubog pa ang kaniyang kasanayan bilang trial lawyer. 

Sumali naman si Divinagracia sa CNVD Law noong 2015. 

Sa kasalukuyan, part-time member si Divinagracia sa Ateneo Law School Faculty kung saan nagtuturo siya ng Criminal Law 1 at Criminal Law 2.
