Iniulat ng Philippine Consulate General sa Hong Kong na nasa 84 na Pinoy ang ligtas mula sa sunog sa Tai Po, Hong Kong.
"The Consulate General of the Philippines in Hong Kong is presently continuing its on-the-ground operations to check the welfare of and assist overseas Filipino workers affected by the Tai Po fire incident," saad ng Consulate sa isang pahayag nitong Linggo, Nobyembre 30.
"The Consulate General mobile teams have confirmed 84 safe and accounted for Filipino nationals, 1 injured, and 7 left for verification," dagdag pa nito.
Gayunpaman, malungkot ding ibinalita ng Consulate na isang Pinay ang pumanaw sa insidente.
