Napahagulhol ang aktor na si Derek Ramsay matapos niyang gawin ang isang tough exercise sa Bali, Indonesia.
Sa latest Instagram post ni Derek noong Martes, Agosto 26, matutunghayan sa video na ibinahagi niya ang proseso ng nasabing ehersisyo.
Nakapiring ang aktor habang nakaluhod sa harap ng mesang puno ng mga lukot na papel. Dumampot siya ng isa mga ito at nilagay sa kaniyang dibdib. At noon siya nagsimulang umiyak.
Agad namang inalalayan si Derek ng trainer niya. Tinanggal nito ang kaniyang piring at niyakap siya.

"After every tough exercise, I would stamp a sheet of paper—each mark carrying a powerful emotion. I thought the journey ended with the walk, but to my surprise, there was one final test. The simplest exercise of all… yet the hardest and scariest to face," lahad ni Derek.
