Pormal nang sumagot ang vlogger at aspiring Manila councilor na si Mocha Uson sa Commission on Elections (Comelec) matapos sitahin ng komisyon ang kaniyang campaign jingle.
Sa pamamagitan ng Facebook post nitong Miyerkules, Abril 9, 2025, ipinaabot ni Uson ang kaniyang tugon sa liham ng Comelec.
“I appreciate the feedback from the Commission and the Task Force on Safeguarding Against Fear & Exclusion in Elections (Task Force SAFE). I fully recognize the importance of maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and age-appropriate tone in all campaign communications,” ani Uson.
Ani Uson, ipinag-utos niya na raw ang pagpapatigil sa kaniyang kontrobersyal na campaign jingle na “Cookie ni Mocha.”

“In view of the issues raised, I have instructed my campaign team to immediately halt the use of the materials in question. We are currently reviewing all our content to ensure that it aligns with the standards of decency and appropriateness expected in public discourse and electoral engagement,” saad niya.
Matatandaang noong Martes, Abril 8, nang sumulat ang Comelec at sinita ang naturang campaign jingle ni Mocha na umano’y pawang may “sexually suggestive elements."

Siniguro din niya ang pagtugon umano sa disenteng pangangampanya sa publiko.
