ISANG Filipina actress, na si Dorothea Gloria ang gumaganap ngayon sa lead role ng isang off-Broadway play na The Sandalwood Box.
Nakuha ni Dorothea ang lead role bilang Marsha Gates, isang mute college student na naka-encounter ng isang mysterious professor “that captures most captivating catastrophes of the world and preserves them in a sandalwood box.”

Una nang nagtanghal ang batang aktres sa iba’t ibang theater companies sa bansa, kabilang ang Repertory Philippines, PETA (Philippine Educational Theater Association), at CCP (Cultural Center of the Philippines).
“The Sandalwood Box” ay directed ni Kate Moore Heaney, Tyler Thomas, at Michael Raine na napapanood ngayon hanggang Nobyembre 4 sa The Flea Theater, sa 20 Thomas Street, New York City.
