PORMAL nang inilabas ng Philippine Movie Press Club (PMPC) ang mga opisyal na nominado para sa 35th PMPC Star Awards For Movies, na gaganapin sa Newport Performing Arts Theater sa Resorts World Manila, sa Hunyo 2, 2019.

Ngayong taon, bilang pakikiisa sa ika-100 taong selebrasyon ng Pelikulang Pilipino, ang pamunuan ng PMPC ay magbibigay ng karangalan sa mga Natatanging Bituin ng Siglo, o silang nagningning ang kahusayan sa sining ng pag-arte sa nakalipas na 100 taon.

Ipagkakaloob ang Nora Aunor Ulirang Artista Lifetime Achievement Award kay Dante Rivero, habang tatanggapin ni Ms. Laurice Guillen ang Ulirang Alagad ng Pelikula sa Likod ng Kamera Lifetime Achievement Award.

Pagkakalooban din ng karangalan ang Outstanding Pillars of PMPC na sina Ethel Ramos, Ronald Constantino, Veronica Samio, at Letty Celi.
