Sa panayam sa The Daily Beast, isiniwalat ng hindi pinangalanang babae na diumano’y naging bayolente ang Deadpool habang nakikipagtalik, na dalawang beses naganap, noong mga estudyante pa lamang sila sa George Washington University noong 2001.
“(I had) a lot to drink (and) parts of (the incident) I don’t remember,” lahad ng babae sa website tungkol sa umano’y unang insidente. “It is important to me to cop to that... (and) I’m not interested in forcing a pretend memory on anyone... 15 years later, I remain terrified of accusing someone of something they didn’t do, but I have a visual and physical memory of that.”
“(I have a distinct memory we were) fooling around and (he began) shaking me violently” pagtuloy niya.

Isiniwalat din ng babae na sinuntok siya ni Miller sa bibig habang nagtatalik at umano’y nagising siya kinabukasan, na bungi at nagdudugo ang mga labi. Sinabi ni Miller na nahulog siya kaya siya nagkaganoon.
Sinabi ng babae na hindi niya tinanggap ng paliwanag ni Miller, ngunit nagkita ulit sila makaraan ang ilang araw, at nagtalik ulit. Gayunman, sinabi niyang naging bayolente ulit ito.

He used the bottle at one point to penetrate me without my consent.”
Itinanggi ni Miller at ng kanyang asawa na si Kathryn Gorney ang mga alegasyon at isiniwalat na tinatangka ng babae na paghiwalayin sila mula pa noong nasa kolehiyo sila.
“We met this woman over a decade ago while studying together in college, she attempted to break us up back then by plotting for over a year before making contradictory claims and accusations,” saad sa kanilang pahayag sa website. “She was asked to leave our university comedy group because of worrisome and disturbing behavior, which angered her immensely, she then became fixated on our relationship, and began telling people around campus, ‘I’m going to destroy them,’ and, ‘I’m going to ruin him’.”
