Sa Instagram story ni Alexa noong Martes, Mayo 12, ni-repost niya ang Instagram post ng fandom nilang KDLex International Sweethearts.
Sa bukas na liham ng fandom, mababasang inanunsiyo nila ang paghihiwalay nina KD at Alex bilang on-screen partner.
Anila, "After many heartfelt conversations and with mutual understanding, KDLex decided to part ways as a love team due to the circumstances, external factors, and the people surrounding them."
“Though their journey as a pairing has come to an end, the repect, care, and friendship between them remain,” dugtong pa ng fandom.
