Paglilipat sa mga opisina ng gobyerno at pribadong establisimyento sa labas ng Metro Manila ang pinakamagandang solusyon para maibsan ang trapiko sa National Capital Region.
Sa Pandesal Forum, ipinursige Arnel Paciano Casanova, pangulo at CEO ng Bases Conversion and Development Authority, ang planong paglilipat sa mga tanggapan ng gobyerno at industries sa Clark Green City sa Clark Special Economic Zone sa Pampanga.
Hinikayat din Casanova ang presidentiables na isama sa kanilang plataporma ang naturang programa.
“If we truly wish to achieve quality of life, let us work toward easing the congestion in Metro Manila,” diin ni Casanova.
Catanduanes, niyanig ng magnitude 6.1 na lindol
“Our future national leaders need to initiate efforts to arrest urban decay, to resolve a host of perennial traffic and transportation challenges, and to develop another metropolis which is sustainable and disaster-resilient in the face of the global threat of climate change,” dagdag niya.
