Ipinakiusap ng National Capital Region Command (NCRCOM) sa mga raliyista ang mapayapa at disiplinadong pakikibaka sa mga kaliwa’t kanang demonstrasyon simula Linggo, Nobyembre 16 hanggang Martes, Nobyembre 18.
“Amidst the currents of political speculation and noise, we appeal to the general public in the NCR–the very heart of our nation–to remain calm and discerning,” panawagan ng NCRCOM.
“We call on organizers and participants to uphold their commitment to peaceful conduct and discipline,” dagdag pa nito.
Binanggit din ng command unit na ang koordinasyon ng mga raliyista at organizer sa mga otoridad ang pinakamainam nilang proteksyon laban sa mga indibidwal o grupo na nais manggulo.

“Your cooperation is the most effective safeguard against those who might seek to infiltrate these events and exploit them for unlawful or divisive purposes,” ani NCRCOM.
Kaya bilang mga mamamayan, nanawagan ang NCRCOM na piliin ng mga raliyista ang pagkakaisa at pagsasaalang-alang ng mga responsibilidad na kaakibat nito.
“Let us collectively choose unity and responsibility, especially as we continue our recovery efforts from recent challenges,” dagdag pa nito.
Sa pagtatapos ng pahayag, tiniyak ng command unit na patuloy silang magseserbisyo sa mga mamamayan para mapreserba ang integridad at demokrasya.
“The NCRCOM stands firm: we will serve honorably, maintain safety, security, and stability in the National Capital Region, and preserve the integrity of our democratic processes,” pagtitiyak nito.
