“Was there a conscious effort on your part to stay away from the shadow of your parents?” tanong ni MJ.

"I will be honest, yes there is,” tugon ni Kaila.

Lacson, tila nagpatutsada sa ilang nag-file ng COC: 'The following are not disqualified...'

“Although I am very grateful for my parents and for what they've accomplished in the industry, and I am very proud to be their daughter. But siyempre, there's also a part of me that wants to be... siguro recognized for what I can bring to the table, rather than be known as my parents' daughter. And I think that's fair to say, ‘di ba?" aniya.

Dagdag pa niya: “I wouldn't say there's a huge effort to do so, but I am just glad din na people are starting to appreciate the characters that I portrayed. And that, for me, is the biggest win already."
