Naging Top 4 ang Palawan Island sa listahan ng "Trending Destinations in the World” para sa taong 2024, ayon sa TripAdvisor, ang pinakamalaking travel website sa mundo.
Sa kanilang website, inilarawan ng TripAdvisor ang Palawan bilang isang “slice of heaven” na nagsisilbi ring tahanan ng endangered animals.
“Palawan is a slice of heaven, a sliver of an island that teems with exotic wildlife, quaint fishing villages, and UNESCO World Heritage Sites,” anang TripAdvisor.
“Wave hello to endangered animals at the Calauit Game Preserve and Wildlife Sanctuary or explore the Japanese shipwrecks of Coron Island, regarded as one of the best dive sites in the world.”

Makikita naman sa listahan ng naturang travel website na hinirang bilang top trending destination sa mundo ang “Tokyo” sa Japan. Pumangalawa rito ang “Seoul” sa South Korea habang pumangatlo ang “Halong Bay” sa Vietnam.
Ayon sa TripAdvisor, ang naturang “Travelers’ Choice Awards Best of the Best” winners ay ang mga destinasyon kung saan ang kanilang mga hotel, restaurant, at activities ang nakatanggap ng mataas na reviews at opinyon mula sa travelers at website users sa loob ng nakalipas na 12 buwan.
“Fewer than 1% of Tripadvisor’s 8 million listings are awarded Best of the Best, signifying the highest level of excellence in travel,” saad ng TripAdvisor.
