Matapos ang pagpapakawala ng panibagong social media post ni Direk Erik Matti laban sa award-winning actor na si John Arcilla na nag-ugat sa hindi pagbanggit ng huli sa una sa kaniyang pasasalamat post, nang kilalanin ng senado ang kaniyang kahusayan sa pag-arte na kinilala rin sa Venice Film Festival, tumugon naman ang aktor dito upang ipaliwanag ang kaniyang panig.
Sa kaniyang mahabang Instagram post ay ipinaliwanag ni John ang kaniyang panig kay Direk Erik.
"It was not a speech. It was a post, but then I apologize Direk Erik," ani John.
