Bagong maging host, sumabak muna bilang housemate si Bianca noong 2006 sa Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Edition 1. Pagkatapos nito ay naging host na siya sa PBB Teen Edition 1. Nakasama niya rin noon sina Toni Gonzaga at Mariel Padilla at tinagurian silang "Kuya's Angels."

Ngayong Linggo, nakatakdang magtapos ang PBB Season 10. Pasok sa BIG 5 ang mga celebrity housemates na sina Samantha Bernardo, Brenda Mage, at Salvacion; Isabel Laohoo ng Adult Kumunity at Rob Blackburn na mula sa Teen Kumunity.

Ang tatanghaling Big Winner ay mag-uuwi ng P2 million; P500,000 naman ang 2nd big placer; P300,000 ang 3rd big placer; P200,000 ang 4th big placer; at P100,000 ang 5th big placer.
