Masinsing idinetalye ng nagrereklamong babae ang mga ginawa sa kaniya ni Tony, na pinatunayan naman ng saksing si Drake na siyang host ng naturang house party.
Tuwang-tuwa si Drake nang mabalitaan ang pagbasa ng sakdal ng korte laban kay Tony, na inihayag niya sa kaniyang Instagram post.

"Today, I was informed by my friend who is the victim of Tony Labrusca's lewd acts that he was finally brought to court to be read the charges against him. Despite his counsel's last ditch effort to delay the arraignment, the judge refused to allow the delaying tactics," ayon sa kaniyang IG post nitong Disyembre 15.
"All of us who had always been behind her supported by our legal team are so happy and elated with this development. News, such as this, gives hope to victims of abuses like her that justice can swiftly and fairly be achieved despite and inspite of going against a more powerful and influential person such as Mr. Labrusca."
