Mula sa puntiryang 15 milyong maturukan sa three-day National Vaccination Days, ibinaba na lamang ito ng gobyerno sa siyam na milyon dahil na rin sa kakapusan ng medical supplies.

Sinabi ni National Task Force Against COVID-19 chief implementer at vaccine czar Secretary Carlito Galvez, Jr. na kailangang maiturokang tatlong milyong bakuna kada araw para sa "Bayanihan Baunahan" mula Nobyembre 29 hanggang Disyembre 1.

“As we are finalizing the preparations for this massive movement across the 16 regions outside Metro Manila, there is currently a shortage in ancillary supplies, particularly syringes for the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines and other logistical challenges,” pahayag nina  Galvez Jr. at Presidential Adviser for COVID-19 Response, NTF Deputy Chief Implementer Secretary Vince Dizon.
