Malapit nang maglabas ng desisyon siVice President Leni Robredo sa magiging plano nito para sa 2022 national elections.
Ito ang tiniyak ni Robredo dahil malapit na ang panahon ng paghahain ngcertificates of candidacy (COCs) na itinakda sa susunod na buwan.
“Wala pang decision. But because it’s September already, we’re getting near the decision time.Hopefully very soon. Hopefully within September,” paglalahad nito Robredo.
Naantala aniya angpagdedesisyon nito bunsod na rin ng patuloy na pagtaas ng kaso ng coronavirus disease (COVID-19) sa bansa.

“Na-push back 'yung ibang meetings, na-push back 'yung ibang discussions. Before the surge, we have been talking to many groups already. Sana matapos na itong surge before Oct. 8 so we can continue with these discussions,” paliwanag ni Robredo.
“I always feel guilty talking about 2022 while we are in the middle of the pandemic. But I guess it can’t be helped because it’s just around the corner,” ayon sa bise presidente.
Nagpahayag naman ng pasasalamat si Robredo para lahat ng natanggap na suporta, lalo na sa pagsusulong ng iba't ibang grupo na kumandidato sa pagka-pangulo.
"I’m very thankful for the trust and support. I’ve said this many times already that I don’t take this trust lightly. I continue to give serious thought to this,” paliwanag pa ni Robredo.
