Official Kapuso na ang actor, singer, model, content creator, and businessman na si Richard Yap, matapos niyang pumirma ng management contract sa GMAArtist Center (GMAAC) nitong Disyembre 16.
Sa contract signing, nagpasalamat si Richard sa warm welcome sa kanya. “I’m actually quite overwhelmed as Inever thought this would come about. Now that it’s finally here I am just so happy and so thankful to become a part of the Kapuso family,” aniya.
Bilang pasimula ng kanyang Kapuso journey, gaganap muna si Richard sa isang episode ng well-loved comedy anthology na Dear Uge Presents at lalabas sa late-night comedy- variety program na The Boobay and Tekla Showsoon. Nakahanda na rin ang upcoming primetime series niya early next year.

Nangako rin si Richard sa kanyang audience na they can expec a lot from him in his new home.
“Expect the unexpected? Iguess you can expect me to try and experiment into other genres other than the ones that I’ve done before,” sabi niya.
Very eager din si Richard na makatrabaho ang various Kapuso stars tulad nina Marian Rivera, Heart Evangelista, Solenn Heusaff, Andrea Torres, his good friend Jean Garcia, at Michael V.
