Kinumpirma ni Marikina City Mayor Marcelino Teodoro na halos 90 porsiyento na ng mga residente ng lungsod, na lumikas sa kasagsagan ng bagyong Ulysses, ang bumalik na sa kani-kanilang bahay.
“We have 10,500 families evacuated last week, last November 12, during the typhoon. As we speak now, we only have 1,050 families remaining in the evacuation centers,” sinabi ni Teodoro, sa panayam sa telebisyon. “So almost 90% of the evacuees have returned to their homes.”
