KWALIPIKADONG sumabak ang Santé Barley TriTeam, ang official triathlon team ng Santé, sa prestihiyosong Vega IRONMAN World Championship na nakatakda sa Oktubre 10 sa Kona, Hawaii, USA.
Isa sa pinakamalaki at organisadong triathlon team sa bansa ang Santé Barley Tri-Team na kinabibilangan ng mga beteranong atleta tulad nina Team Captain Robert Jonah Rivera, David Richmond, Jethro Karl Ramos, at Retzel Orquiza.
“Races like the IRONMAN World Championships are the reason why we train hard. We are proud to represent Santé Barley TriTeam in such a prestigious race. We will give our all to bring honor not just for the team but also for our country,” pahayag ni Rivera.

Kabilang sa nadomina ng team ngayong taon ang dalawang major triathlon races sa bansa – ang National Age Group Triathlon Race 2020 nitong Enero at Apollo Petroleum Jelly TRI 2020 nitong Pebrero sa Subic Bay, Olongapo.
Kabuuang 2,000 atleta ang makikilahok sa Vega Ironman na may distansyang 140.6-mile – 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike, at 26.2-mile marathon.
“Santé Barley TriTeam is given another opportunity to showcase its members' abilities in an international race. We are proud of this another achievement. Binuo ni Marcelo, triathlon enthusiast at IRONMAN finisher, ang Santé Barley TriTeam noong 2012 batay na rin sa sinusandan na panuntunan ng kumpanya na mabigyan nang malusog na pangangatawan ang Pinoy. Sa kasalukuyan, mahgit sa 30 triathletes ang miyembro ng koponan.
