Ang newly crowned Mutya Pilipinas queens ay sina Klyza Castro (Davao del Sur), Mutya Pilipinas 2019 Asia Pacific International; Tyra Rae Goldman (Nevada), Mutya Pilipinas 2019 Tourism International; April Short (Zamboanga City), Mutya Pilipinas 2019 World Top Model; at Louise Janica Arroyo An (California), Mutya Pilipinas 2019 Filipino Overseas Communities.

Si Cyrille Payumo (Pampanga) ang tinanghal na Mutya Pilipinas 2019 1st runner-up habang si Maxinne Nicole Rangel (Padre Garcia, Batangas) ang Mutya Pilipinas 2019 2nd runner-up.

Forty candidates mula sa Pilipinas at overseas communities sa USA, Europe, Canada, the Middle East, United Kingdom at Australia ang nagtunggali para sa Mutya titles.

Makikipagkumpetensya si Short sa World Top Model International final sa Monte Carlo, Principality of Monaco sa December 14.

Ang World Top Model (WTM) ay itinatag sa Milan, Italy noong 1990 ni Fiore Tondi katuwang ang kaibigan niyang si Mr. Guido Dolci, owner/ founder ng MAJOR Models Management – isa sa top 10 best Model management companies sa buong mundo at tanyag sa for its well established connections sa international fashion industry.

Makatatanggap ng 200,000 Euro (US$ 225,260) prize ang winner ng World Top Model International competition at garantiya na rin ang contract sa MAJOR Models Management (offices sa Milan, New York, Paris at New York).

Hindi lang sash (as is customary in modelling competition) ang tatanggapin ng World Top Model Philippines, dahil gagawaran din ang magwawagi ng crown plus a career opportunity na maging bahagi ng international fashion industry bilang isang professional international fashion model.
