Sampung umano’y kaanib ng Communist-New People's Army-Terrorist (CNT) ang sumuko sa militar sa Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, kamakailan.

Sa pahayag ni Capt. Regie Go, hepe ng Public Affairs Office ng 4th Infantry Battalion, ang mga ito ay sumuko sa 1st Special Forces “Anytime Anywhere” Battalion (1st SFBn), Special Forces Regiment (Airborne) sa Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon.

Ang mga ito aniya ay pawang kasapi ng Sandatahang Yunit Pam-propaganda "Company 2", Guerilla front 68-A (GF 68-A), Sub-Regional Command 4 (SRC4) ng CPP-NPA North Central Mindanao Regional Committee (NCMRC).

Ayon sa mga rebel returnee, ipinasya nilang magbalik-loob sa pamahalaan alang-alang sa kinabukasan ng kani-kanilang pamilya at upang mawala ang kanilang pangamba at impluwensya ng kilusan.

“Again I am very grateful to the CNT's symphatizers who surrendered showing their immediate response to our call to stop their struggle,” sabi naman ni Lt. Col. Sergio Macarandan, Jr., commanding officer ng 1st SFBn.

“We will help and facilitate the surrenderees to avail appropriate livelihood programs, eco-tourism projects and other activities through its local government units so that they could start living a prosperous life," ayon pa sa opisyal.
