TULOY na tuloy na ang Taguig Pateros Chess Club tournament sa Abril 14 sa Brgy.San Roque Gym sa Pateros.
“This is part of our grassroots development program,” pahayag ni Taguig Pateros Chess Club founding president Mr. Rene Salinas.
Tampok sa one-day event ang two division tournament, ang Non- Master (1950 and below rating) at Kiddies 14-year-old and below (1950 and below limit rating).
Ayon kay National Arbiter Miel Bautista ng Chess Arbiter Union of the Philippines (CAUP),may cash prizes ang naghihintay sa magkakampeon sa Non-Master (1950 and below limit rating) division na P4,000 at trophy.
May special prizes din para sa Top Senior (55 years old and above), Top Lady, Top College at Top High School na tig P500.

Ang magkakampeon naman sa Kiddies 14-years-old and below (1950 limit rating) ay mag-uuwi ng P2,000 at trophy.
“Ten (10) raffle ticket will be drawn before the start of the game. Register between 8:30 am to 10am,” ayon sa organizing committee.
Ang Six to Seven Round Swiss-system format (depende sa number ng participants) ay may allotted time na Twenty (20) minutes plus five seconds delay mode na gagamitin ang digital chess clock.
