As of this Friday ay hindi pa natatanggap ni Nicko Falcis II ang warrant of arrest na inisyu ng Taguig City Regional Trial Court laban sa kanya nitong Huwebes.

Ang warrant ay kaugnay ng mga kasong estafa at credit card fraud na kinahaharap niya, base sa rekomendasyon ni Assistant State Prosecutor Claire Eufracia P. Pagayanan, na aprubado ni City Prosecutor Vincent L. Villena ng Department of Justice-Taguig City.

Ang kaso ay isinampa ng kampo ni Kris Aquino laban sa dating empleyado sa KCAP.

Dumating ang mga pulis sa bahay ni Nicko sa Quezon City para personal na ibigay sa kanya ang warrant of arrest, pero wala siya roon, ayon sa kanyang pamilya.

Huwebes ng gabi nang nagpalabas ng press statement ang legal team ni Kris mula sa Fortun, Narvasa, Salazar Law Office.

“Immediately upon issuance of the Resolution of the Office of the City Prosecutor of Taguig City recommending the indictment of Mr. Nicko Falcis of the crimes of estafa and violation of the Access Device Law (Republic Act No 8484), a warrant of arrest was issued by Branch 70 of the Taguig City Regional Trial Court.

“The arrest warrant was served upon Mr. Falcis at his given address in Quezon City, which he claimed in his sworn counter-affidavit as his residential address. When the police arrived, he was not there, and his family and his brother claimed to not know his whereabouts. He continues to be at large as of today.”

As of now ay wala namang pahayag pa si Kris tungkol dito at sinilip din namin ang Instagram account niya kung may post na siya tungkol sa kaso, pero wala.
