Kinasuhan ni Gretchen ng sexual harassment ang dating ABS-CBN news executive na si Cheryl Favila at news segment producer na si Maricar Asprec nitong Oktubre 5 sa Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office.

Nagsampa rin siya ng libel cases laban sa ABS-CBN news executives na sina Ces Drilon at Venancio Borromeo, at reporter na si Marie Lozano.
