“Teachers, parents and students now reel in hardship as TRAIN [Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion] Law caused spike in prices of supplies needed for the national school opening in June 4,” pahayag ng grupo.

Sa isang pahayag, sinabi ni ACT National Chairperson Benjamin Valbuena na, “teachers are twice hit by the price hikes in school supplies as majority are parents who need to provide for the school needs of their children while they are also forced to expend their own money to prepare their classrooms for the school opening.”
