WASHINGTONG (AFP) – Hinirang ni US President Donald Trump ang ultra hardline Fox News pundit at dating UN ambassador na si John Bolton bilang bagong national security adviser nitong Huwebes, pinalitan ang embattled army general na si HR McMaster.

Si McMaster ang huli sa serye ng mga bigating opisyal na umalis sa White House, nagsimula kay national security adviser Michael Flynn at kinabilangan din nina chief of staff Reince Priebus, chief strategist Steve Bannon, economic adviser Gary Cohn at secretary of state Rex Tillerson.

“I am pleased to announce that, effective 4/9/18, @AmbJohnBolton will be my new National Security Adviser,” saad sa tweet ni Trump.

“I am very thankful for the service of General H.R. McMaster who has done an outstanding job & will always remain my friend. There will be an official contact handover on 4/9.”
