NALUNGKOT si KZ Tandingan sa pagkaka-eliminate sa kanya sa episode 9 ng Singer 2018, pero mapapanood pa rin pala siya sa episode 10.

Nalungkot din ang Chinese audience sa pagkakatanggal sa Pinay singer na agad nilang minahal at hinangaan sa maikling panahong pagtatanghal sa China.

Kinanta ni KZ ang Royals na orihinal ni Lorde, ang New Zealand singer/songwriter at record producer na si Ella Marija Lani Yelich-O’Connor sa tunay na buhay.

As usual, standing ovation at pinalakpakan nang husto ng audience si KZ habang kumakanta at hiyawan na naman nang mag-rap siya.

Ito ang post ng kasama ni KZ sa China na si Jeff Vadillo, vice president ng Cornerstone Entertainment na namamahala sa career ng dalaga.

“Royals has got to be one of the most anticipated songs for KZ in this competition. After the last episode we were given the go signal to perform this song. There were added elements in this version like the tribal inspired opening.

It was also arranged to fit an entire orchestra so the song became even bigger than how it was originally imagined.

“KZ gave it her all. As you can see in the video, she was on fire and her connection with the band and the audience was solid. Jessie J even said on the record while watching KZ perform ‘This is the KZ I love’.

“But by this time we’ve also learned to accept the fact that aside from the performance itself there are a lot of other factors in the competition that are beyond our control.

“Even so, we continue to be grateful because week after week KZ was given this opportunity to perform in the biggest singing TV show in the World (250 million viewers a week) and our strategy is for KZ to just consistently deliver excellent world-class performances so that in that way, her undeniable talent would speak for itself and would result to a strong following in Mainland China -- which is again the ultimate prize in this competition.

“Sadly, even after such an amazing performance, KZ was eliminated in this episode.

“So, what happens next? Is this the end of the road for KZ in this competition? We all would just have to wait for the twist.”

Abangan na lang natin ang episode 10 at ang mga susunod pang mangyayari sa journey ng pambato ng Pilipinas dahil sa pagkakaalam namin ay may major twist at nabalitaan namin na babalik ulit ng China ang Soul Supreme.

Samantala, bukod sa Singer 2018 ay pinakakaba rin si KZ ng nalalapit na major solo concert niya sa Smart Araneta Coliseum sa June at sa Nobyembre.
