Hinihikayat ang mga aplikante na magparehistro sa PhilJobNet http://philjobnet.gov.ph. Pinapayuhan silang magdala ng 2x2 picture, orihinal at Xerox copy ng pasaporte, resume, NBI clearance, training certificate, certificate of employment, PRC license, diploma, at birth certificate sa job fair.
