“Petacorin is a good fighter and a former WBA world champion. I am a two time IBF world champion. I believe this fight would generate a lot of interest. I am only 35 years old and have not fought for a few years but I am always in the gym training and also training other boxers. I take boxing seriously,” sabi ni Solis sa Fightnews.com. “The offer would have to be good to get me out of retirement.”

Goodbye PBA?

“Solis is a good name for Petalcorin he has fought in 14 world title fights but has not fought for three years and at 35 years of age it’s up to him to get into shape to fight Petalcorin. I think this fight would be a statement fight for Petalcorin,” dagdag ni Maniatis. (Gilbert Espeña)
