MAY makabuluhang rason si Miley Cryus sa hindi paglalakad sa red carpet simula noong Disyembre.

“(A year ago) I had to do the (A Very Murray Christmas) premiere, and I will never do a red carpet again,” saad ng singer sa October issue ng Elle magazine. “Why, when people are starving, am I on a carpet that’s red? Because I’m ‘important’? Because I’m ‘famous’?

“That’s not how I roll,” dagdag niya. “It’s like a skit – it’s like Zoolander.” 

Kaugnay nito, nakatakda siyang dumalo sa premiere ng Crisis in Six Scenes ng Amazon Prime sa Huwebes.

Hindi man lalakad sa red carpet ang 23-year-old star – na nag-post sa magazine na nakasuot ng sheer Giambattista Vallie dress – nais niyang palawakin ang kanyang presensya sa social media. “I want to be (on Snapchat). I don’t know how to use it,” pag-amin niya. “I feel like I’ll be an old lady that’s too held back, because I don’t keep up with it.”

Dagdag pa ni Miley, hindi siya naglalaro ng latest game na Pokemon Go, bagamat obsessed ang kanyang 26-year-old boyfriend na si Liam Hemsworth sa nasabing laro. “(This morning) Liam woke up and tried to go to the car wash because it was a – what do you call it? – PokéSpot,” aniya. “Like, ‘Got to go find them and catch them all! Ahh!’”

Ibinahagi rin ni Miley ang kanyang pakikipagkaibigan sa fellow pop star na si Britney Spears. “She’s a little distant in her world,” ayon sa The Voice mentor. “I just want Britney to be happy. Every time she puts out new music, I’m like, ‘Is that what she wants to be doing? Or does she just want to chill?’ She’s looking so good right now, and looking happy.” (People.com)
