Nagbahagi rin ng throwback picture sa Instagram si Kim, at sinabing, “Happy Birthday to the most beautiful soul and ass, Koko @khloekardashian. You constantly surprise me with your strength and determination. I’ve learned so much from you in this life time, I’m so proud to call you my sister and best friend! And the best auntie to my babies!
