Ayon sa Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE), kabilang ang mga ito sa mga trabahong magiging obsolete na sa mundo sa mga susunod na taon dahil sa patuloy na pagsulong ng teknolohiya at pagbabago sa labor market.
Sinabi ni Bureau of Local Employment (BLE) Director Dominique Tutay ng DoLE na kabilang ito sa top 20 jobs na papalitan na ng mga bagong posisyon, na isinumite ng United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) sa kagawaran.
Bukod sa tatlong nabanggit na trabaho, magiging obsolete na rin sa mundo ang mga tiles examiner at abstractor; mathematical technician; insurance underwriter; cargo at freight agent; tax preparer; photographic process worker; new accounts clerk; library technician; data entry keyer; timing device assembler; insurance claim; brokerage clerk; order clerk; insurance appraiser; umpire,referee, at sports officials teller.

“These will be replaced by new jobs that will be created. Some will be restructured, while others will just die a natural death since they are no longer needed anymore,” sinabi ni Tutay sa mga mamamahayag.
Aniya, hindi naman ito dapat na ikabahala dahil ang mga apektadong manggagawa ay maaaring sumailalim sa kinakailangang “upskilling” o “reskilling”. (Samuel P. Medenilla)
