Sinabi ni Santiago na nakasaad sa desisyon ng CA na “…all other matters pertaining to the legitimacy of the Board of Directors of Harbour Centre Port Terminal, Inc. (HCPTI), the question on the authenticity and due execution of the Port Ancillary Services Contract and Port Services Management Contract, as well as the Deed(s) of Assignments, must therefore be left for the determination of the respective regional trial courts, where the main cases are pending.”

“In any event, the 12 May 2016 decision is not final and executory and thus cannot be effected considering that there is still a Motion for Reconsideration which is presently being done,” sabi pa ni Santiago.
