Isasagawa ang paglagda sa misa na pangungunahan ni Manila Archbishop Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle sa ganap na 9:00 ng umaga sa Manila Cathedral sa Intramuros, Manila, katuwang si Radio Veritas President Father Anton Pascual, at iba pang mga miyembro ng clergy ng Archdiocese.
Kaugnay nito, pinadalhan na ng Radio Veritas ng imbitasyon ang lahat ng presidential, vice presidential at senatorial candidates para makiisa sa paglagda sa naturang covenant.

Alex Lacson, at Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) Permanent Committee on Public Affairs Executive Secretary Fr. Jerome Secillano.
