PINALITAN ni Kris Aquino ang DP (display picture) niya sa Instagram (IG) ng photo niya bilang si Love, ang kanyang character sa MMFF entry niyang All You Need is Pag-ibig. Senyales ito na wholeheartedly committed na siya sa pelikula ni Direk Antoinette Jadaone.
Pero humingi siya ng paumanhin sa Star Cinema na first and last na niyang gagawin ang eksenang kunwari’y nalasing siya dahil nagka-allergy na naman siya. Pero worst case this time.
Post ni Kris sa IG last Sunday, “I wanted to make the shoot easy for direk @tonet_jadaone & thw #AYNIP family. My 1st scene as LOVE was getting drunk at a bar... Because of GENUINE FEAR to look huge next to @ramsayderek11, I’ve been eating primarily salads (Greek, lemon vinaigrette, and kale w/ quinoa) -- I had to down at least 3 bottles of red wine as a prelude to my next scene (that scene I will keep you in suspense about)...

Anyway to shorten my story, they made a grape juice/cranberry concoction but in a real red wine bottle... Too much juice or remnants of wine, I don’t know -- I finished all the shots for my scene & threw up 5X.
“When I got home, my BP was high (151/95), took a shower & that’s the next picture, swollen eyes, nose & lips. Then LBM the entire night -- was given Benadryl shots & slept most of the day. I’m better today but staying home to rest because still a bit swollen. I know #HealthIsWealth. And obviously even fake getting drunk isn’t for me.”
May kasunod na post si Kris na nag-research siya para malaman kung bakit violent ang reaction niya sa grape & cranberry concoction.
“In a way I was lucky to have puked so much & had LBM -- had the juice stayed in my body, my allergic reaction would have been even worse.”
Nalaman ni Kris na allergic siya sa aspirin at hindi dapat nagti-take ng cranberry supplements or drink a lot of cranberry juice. Kaya nakiusap na ‘wag na siyang bigyan ng eksena sa movie na kuwari’y malalasing siya.
Dahil sa allergy, hindi na nakadalo si Kris sa premiere night ng No Boyfriend Since Birth ng Regal Entertainment.
Ang mga anak na sina Josh at Bimby na lang ang pinapunta niya bilang suporta kay Tom Rodriguez na naging mabait kay Bimby nang magkasama sila sa pelikulang Amazing Praybeyt Benjamin. (NITZ MIRALLES)
