Ito ang nakatala sa isang pahinang transmittal letter na ipinadala ni Executive Secretary Paquino N. Ochoa, Jr. kay Chief Justice Maria Lourdes P. Aranal Sereno noong Enero 14, 2015 at isinapubliko noong Lunes.

“I am pleased to transmit herewith the appointment letters of the following signed by His Excellency, President Benigno S. Aquino III,” saad sa transmittal letter na nilagdaan ni Ochoa.

Ang Judges ay ang anak ni Court of Appeals (CA) Associate Justice Manuel Barrios na si Judge Manuel Isidro Rosauro Antonio V. Barrios para sa Municipal Trial Circuit Court (MTCC) Branch 4 ng Roxas City, Capiz at Judge Bonifacia Carmen Chuchi Asis Ramos ng MTCC Branch 3 ng parehong probinsiya.

Itinalaga rin sina dating Comelec Director Ferdinand T. Rafanan bilang bagong Judge ng Mandaue City, Cebu Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 55.
