“There was an increase of job orders for Filipino nurses by 38 percent compared to last year’s, with 402 job orders,” pahayag ni Baldoz.

“There is demand for Filipino nurses in the UK due to its ageing nursing workforce and the shrinking pool of registered nurses. These are based on reports and studies by UK’s Center for Workforce Intelligence and the Royal College of Nursing, which said 24 percent of registered nurses are set to retire in the next five years,” ulat ni Lavilla.
