Ito ang pagsasalarawani ni Labor Secretary Rosalinda Baldoz sa high-tech na paraan ng paghahanap ng trabaho sa Phil-JobNet (E-PJN) matapos i-link ng kagawaran sa pamamagitan ng Bureau of Local Employment (BLE), sa limang E-PJN (E-PhilJobNet) na katuwang upang bumuo ng mobile application para sa iOS at Android na magbibigay ng mas mabilis, maginhawa, epektibo at murang access tungo sa mga oportunidad ng trabaho sa labor market.

“Using cellular phones and other mobile gadgets are the newest ways of searching for a job nowadays. These mobile gadgets have become our “goto” devices for a plethora of tasks. More and more people, especially the youth, now use mobile devices to find employment, expand their networks, and get a leg up on their competition,” pahayag ni Baldoz.

“Through the mobile application for iOS and Android, jobseekers can search for jobs; view vacancy results; surf for job fairs; and browse DOLE-BLE publications in PDF forms wherever they are,” dagdag ng kalihim.

Ayon kay Baldoz, ang BLE, na nangangasiwa sa E-PJN, ay lumagda sa memorandum of agreements sa pagitan ng SFI Group of Companies; Career Hub Network Corp.; JobStreet Select, Inc.; Quantum X, Inc.; at The NowGroup “to improve E-PJN system and expand public access to career guidance and labor market information.”
