“I’m a positive person, so for me this is just the way I am and I’m the kind of person that what you see is what you get,” ayon sa walang talong si Algieri. “That’s the way that I carry myself. That’s the way I carry my boxing career and pretty much every aspect of my life. It’s been working out thus far, so I’m going to keep going.”
“I’m used to winning. I like to win. I am very competitive,” ani Algieri. “The physical advantages are obvious. The biggest advantage that I don’t think they have given a thought about is that I’m an athlete. I’m different than the other big guys that Manny has fought. I’m an athletic guy, and I am a smart guy in the way that I fight and I think all of these things are going to play a huge role in this fight.”
“Night and day in terms of styles, those guys stand right in front of you and will take three punches to land one. They have to be set and fight you and look to get into exchanges and scraps,” dagdag ni Algieri. “I’m a master boxer. I’m going to be out there using my length and my size and my range and my foot work.”
