Naglabas ng subpoena testificandum et duces tecum ang House Committee on Justice para kay Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla hinggil sa pagpapatuloy ng impeachment proceedings ni Vice President Sara Duterte sa Kamara.
Batay sa lumabas na liham mula sa nasabing komite nitong Lunes, Abril 6, 2026 na may petsang Marso 31, iginiit nitong kinakailangang dumalo ni Remulla sa kanilang pagdinig sa Abril 14.
Bukod sa pagdalo ni Remulla, kinakailangan din niyang isumite ang certified true copy ng Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) ni VP Sara.
"You are hereby directed to appear before the Committee on Justice on April 14, 2026, 10:00 AM at the 2nd floor of the People Center, House of Representatives and to submit the following documents...," anang liham.
Dugtong pa nito, "Certified True Copies of Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) of Vice President Sara Duterte Zimmerman Duterte for the years 2022-2025 inclusive of 2007-2013 inclusive, and 2016-2022 inclusive."

Samantala, nakasaad din sa nasabing dokumento na may karapatang magsama ng legal counsel si Remulla sa pagdalo niya sa pagdinig.
Matatandaang kasalukuyang nakasalang sa House Committee on Justice ang impeachment complaints laban kay VP Sara matapos maideklarang verified ang nasabing mga reklamong inihain nina Rev. Father Joel Saballa na inendorso ni Mamamayang Liberal Partylist Rep. Leila de Lima at reklamo ni Atty. Nathaniel Cabrera na inendorso naman nina Manila 6th district Rep. Benny Abante at La Union 1st district Rep. Paolo Ortega V.
