“As of today, 4 March 2026 (Wednesday), following Israeli Government Policies, consular services of foreign posts in-country, including the Philippine Embassy in Tel Aviv, Israel, are suspended for safety and security reasons until March 7, 2026.  Hence, Voter Registration for Overseas Filipinos in Israel is similarly suspended until March 7, 2026,” ani Laudiangco.

“Likewise, per advice of the Philippine Embassy in Tehran, Iran, Voter Registration for Overseas Filipinos therein is suspended until further notice,” aniya pa.

“Consular Services and Voter Registration in other countries in the Middle East continue to be available for Filipinos,” dagdag pa niya.

“The Commission on Elections once again strongly advises our fellow Filipinos in the Middle East to remain vigilant and stay informed about the situation in their respective regions. Be cautious of false or misleading information and rely only on credible sources.  Pay close attention to the notices and advisories issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), as well as the Philippine Embassy of Consulate, and do not hesitate to contact help lines if in distress,” aniya pa.
