Nagpaabot ng mensahe si Iranian exiled Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi kay US President Donald Trump matapos ang pag-atake ng Israel sa Tehran, na siyang sentro ng nasabing bansa.
Ayon sa mga opisyal ng US, kabilang din umano sila sa naturang pag-atake.
Kaya sa video statement na inilabas ni Pahlvi nitong Sabado, Pebrero 28, hiniling niya ang lubos na pag-iingat para mapanatili ang buhay at kaligtasan ng mga sibilyan.
“The noble people of Iran, despite the savage repression and massacres of this regime, stood firm with courage for nearly two months. I now ask you to exercise the utmost caution to preserve the lives of civilians and my compatriots,” saad ni Pahlvi.
Dagdag pa niya, “The people of Iran are your natural allies and those of the free world, and they will never forget your support in the most difficult period in contemporary Iranian history.”

Samantala, nanawagan naman si Pahlvi sa kaniyang mga kababayan na manatili sa kani-kanilang tahanan upang tiyakin ang kanilang seguridad at kaligtasan.
“Stay vigilant and ready so that, at the appropriate time—which I will announce to you precisely—you can return to the streets for the final action,” dugtong pa niya.
Matatandaang sa pamamagitan din ng isang video statement nitong Sabado, inanunsiyo ni Trump ang hudyat sa pagsisimula ng major combat operation kontra Iran.
