Panibagong impeachment complaint ang inihain laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte nitong Miyerkules ng gabi, Pebrero 18, 2026—kaparehong araw na inihayag ng bise presidente ang balak niyang pagtakbo sa pagkapangulo sa halalan ng 2028.

Inihain ni Atty. Nathaniel Cabrera ang ikaapat na impeachment complaint laban kay VP Sara habang kapuwa naman inendorso naman ito nina Deputy Speaker at La Union 1st district Rep. Paolo Ortega V at Manila 6th district Rep. Bienvenido “Benny” Abante.
Sa reklamo, hiniling ni Cabrera ang impeachment at paglilitis sa Senado laban sa bise presidente dahil sa umano’y betrayal of public trust, culpable violation of the Constitution, graft and corruption, bribery, at iba pang matataas na krimen.

"Complainant prays that the Articles of Impeachment be acted favorably by the House of Representatives through the affirmative votes of one-third of its members, and the Articles of Impeachment transmitted to the Senate for trial," ayon sa dokumento.
Nauna nang naipadala sa tanggapan ni House Speaker Faustino “Bojie” Dy III ang tatlong naunang impeachment complaint, ngunit hindi pa ito naii-initiate.
Ayon sa proseso, maaari pang madagdagan ang mga reklamo hangga’t hindi ito naire-refer sa Committee on Justice o naaaprubahan sa fast-track mode kung saan kinakailangan ang pirma ng isang-katlong bahagi ng mga miyembro ng Kamara.
Tulad ng mga naunang reklamo, binanggit din sa bagong complaint ang umano’y maling paggamit ng ₱612.5 milyong confidential funds.
"From December 2022 through the third quarter of 2023, Respondent controlled or directed the disbursement of confidential funds totaling approximately ₱612,500,000.00 (Six Hundred Twelve Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos), allocated across the Office of the Vice President (OVP) and the Department of Education (DepEd) during periods when Respondent held or exercised authority over those offices," ayon sa reklamo.
Binanggit din dito ang mga alegasyon ng umano’y dating intelligence officer ng administrasyong Duterte na si Ramil Madriaga.
"On 29 November 2025, RAMIL L. MADRIAGA executed a sworn affidavit describing his role in the Vice Presidential Security and Protection Group (VPSPG) and detailing the receipt, transport, and distribution of large cash sums in duffel bags, including the 20 December 2022 transfer of four duffel bags each containing approximately ₱33–₱35 million," nakasaad pa sa dokumento.
"The Madriaga Affidavit identifies specific delivery locations (e.g., Cabuyao, Laguna; a Timog comedy bar office; the Ombudsman parking compound) and names individuals who received or facilitated the transfers," dagdag pa rito.
