Pormal nang nagsumite ng report ang Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) kaugnay sa kanilang naging trabaho sa loob ng 125 na kabuuang bilang ng mga araw mula Setyembre 15, 2025 hanggang Enero 18, 2026.
Ayon sa dalawang (2) pahinang press release ng ICI nitong Biyernes, Pebrero 6, 2026, sinabi nilang nakapagsumite sila ng siyam (9) na referrals sa Office of the Ombudsman (OM) para sa 65 bilang mga indibidwal na sangkot sa maanomalyang flood control projects at 64 bilang ng mga indibidwal na inisyuhan nila ng Immigration Lookout Bulletin Orders (ILBOs) sa Department of Justice (DOJ).
“Within just over three months, and operating with constrained manpower and resources, the Commission delivered substantial and measurable results. These include the submission of 9 referrals to the Office of the Ombudsman covering 65 individuals, and the coordination of the referral of another set of 66 individuals to the Department of Justice for the issuance of Immigration Lookout Bulletin Orders (ILBOs),” anila.

Pebrero 25, pinanawagang gawing ‘academic holiday’ sa mga paaralan
Nakapagsagawa rin daw sila ng ng 32 bilang na mga pagdinig na tumagal sa halos 44 na oras kung saan napag-usapan nila rito ang pagkakasangkot umano ng 25 na kilalang mga indibidwal.
Paglilinaw nila, pito (7) rito ay mga senador, 13 na miyembro ng Kamara, at lima (5) na pinuno ng mga ahensya ng pamahalaan.
“The Commission also conducted 32 hearings, covering 36 witnesses and logging approximately 44 hours of proceedings. The Commission's hearings and proceedings involved 25 notable personalities, consisting of 7 senators, 13 members of the House of Representatives, and 5 agency heads. To validate findings on the ground, the ICI carried out a total of 16 site inspections covering multiple regions,” diin nila.
Dagdag pa nila, “The ICI also processed 1,173 total documents and issued 160 investigative communications in the form of invitations and subpoenas.”
Pagpapatuloy ng ICI sa kanilang press release, naipa-freeze raw nila ang kabuuang bilang na 6,692 na mga bank accounts at nakapagbalik sila ng aabot sa halagang ₱24.7 bilyon.
“Through sustained inter-agency coordination, the Commission contributed to the freezing of 6,692 bank accounts and the preservation, seizure or surrender of assets with an estimated total value of PhP 24.7 billion. These assets include 229 motor vehicles, 394 insurance policies, 161 real properties, 16 e-wallet accounts, 10 air assets, and other properties, based on the report of the Anti-Money Laundering Council,” paliwanag nila.
Ayon pa sa kanila, “The ICI also led and/or participated in 8 inter-agency coordination meetings, assisted in 6 legislative sessions aimed at institutionalizing a permanent commission for the investigation of anomalous infrastructure projects, and submitted 2 position papers to Congress. The Commission further issued 146 formal letters and issuances, including 55 letters of data. request, 7 letters of recommendation, 2 letters requesting ILBO issuance, 76 Resolutions, and 5 memoranda of agreement or understanding with key partner institutions.”
Bukod sa mga ito, ipinaliwanag din ng ICI na nakapagsagawa sila ng 67 media engagements at 18 oras na interview bilang pagpapakita ng “transparency” at “public accountability.”
“In support of transparency and public accountability, the Commission published Livestreaming Guidelines for its proceedings. The Commission also engaged in 67 media engagements, totaling approximately 18 hours of interviews, briefings and public communications.
An infographic summarizing these accomplishments, taken from the submitted report, is presented herein,” pagbabahagi nila.
Dahil dito, naghihintay na lamang umano sila ng utos sa Pangulo kung ano ang mga hakbang at kanilang kasunod na gagawin.
Samantala, habang sinusulat ito, wala pang inilalabas na pahayag ang tanggapan ng Pangulo kaugnay rito.
