Isiniwalat ng aktres at dating beauty queen na si Lara Quigaman na sumailalim siya sa ilang pagsusuri upang masiguro na maayos ang lagay ng kaniyang puso.
Sa ibinahaging Instagram (IG) story ni Lara noong Huwebes, Pebrero 4, ibinunyag niyang isinugod siya sa ospital noong Nobyembre 2025 bunsod ng labis na pagsakit ng kaniyang dibdib.
“Last November, Marco had to call 911 as I was having severe chest pain, unlike I’ve ever felt before. I was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance, and since then I’ve had a series of tests to find out what’s happening with my heart. Even though doctors ruled out that the pain wasn’t cardiac-related, they want to be cautious and make sure it’s working properly,” saad ni Lara.
Aniya pa, “Today, a few more tests were done to make sure there are no blockages. I had to be at the hospital for more than four hours, but those hours also meant having the time to reflect and pray.”
Pag-amin ni Lara, minsan siya raw ay nangangamba sa tuwing hihintayin ang mga resulta ng tests.
“Sometimes I feel anxious, waiting for results and especially when I feel pain in my chest area or when I feel short of breath. But I am grateful for this season. God is teaching me to trust and be still before Him and to give Him my heart—literally,” ani Lara.
“If you are going through something similar, if you feel fear or uncertainty, may this be a reminder to be still and know that God is God and to give your heart to Jesus too. He loves you, He will always be faithful, and He is in control. The happiest heart is the one resting in God’s hands,” pagtatapos niya.
